Anzenmezzeron is a city of ten billion dead, and there is a misery for every last one of them. House Dromni, a sprawling network of pleasure houses and drug dens, serves to bring relief to the haunted dead of the city through the power of their namesake’s Mist. Dromni is a powerful devil of dreams and feeling, whose addictive breath is the stuff of endless imagination, rest, and joy. Furthermore, powerful illusions can be made manifest by the Mist, summoning chains which bind Dromni’s loyal, ensnare its patrons, and drag addicted souls into the belly of the devil in order to feed its growing power.

Its acolytes, the misters and madames of the House, spread the devil’s influence, preaching hedonistic joy in endless slumber, slaying their enemies in their sleep, and living as if in an endless daydream.
